Your client has the option to select one of our authorised network repairers or your client can choose their own repairer that has been authorised by us.
Using a repairer from our authorised network includes the added benefit of a free vehicle collection once the claim has been registered, and a free taxi ride for your client (reimbursed to your client) to collect their vehicle once repairs have been completed. NB: This benefit is not available under our Motorcycle Insurance policy.

Call our claims team on 1300 188 299 (option 1) to discuss the details of your client’s claim and prepare a lodgement over the phone. If we receive your call outside of business hours, a dedicated after hours team will assist with your claim and any emergency tasks including towing of your client's vehicle to a safe location.
A dedicated claims consultant will then give you a call the next business day to obtain any further details required in order to continue processing the claim.
