Using a repairer from our Approved Repairer Network includes added benefits such as free vehicle pick-up once the claim has been registered, and a taxi for your client to collect their vehicle once the repairs are complete. This benefit is not available under our motorcycle and dirt bike insurance policies.

If your call is received outside business hours a dedicated claims consultant will call you back the next business day to obtain further details and begin processing the claim.
